The purpose of the Basis of Claim BOC Form is to present your refugee protection claim to the Refugee Protection Division (RPD). In the BOC Form, you will give details about yourself (your identity, family, documents and travel history) and about why you are claiming refugee protection in Canada. We understand filing of BOC can be challenging and will partner with you so that you do not miss on any of the important details.
If your application has received an unfavourable outcome, it may be eligible for an appeal. Appeal to Immigration Appeals Division and Refugee Appeals Division are through different mechanism with IAD, in most of the cases being an Interview and RAD being a paper based process.
At Dhill Immigration we will assess the grounds for refusal and help you file an appeal if your case is eligible. We specialise in appeals to both Immigration Appeals Division and Refugee Appeals Division.
